Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 July 2026

These Terms of Use ("the Terms") set out the conditions for using "Linkslink" ("the Service"), a web service provided by NANAKOROBI ("we"). By using the Service you are taken to have agreed to the Terms.

1. Definitions

  • List: a collection of links created by a user (called "Links" in the Service).
  • Public content: a list a user has set to public, and its contents.

2. Conditions of use

  • You can browse without registering an account.
  • Some creation and publishing features may require an account in future.
  • You use the Service at your own risk.

3. Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

  • break the law or offend public order and morals;
  • infringe the rights of others (copyright, trade marks, privacy, reputation and so on);
  • impersonate someone, post false information, or post links intended for fraud or phishing;
  • post links to obscene, violent, discriminatory or illegal material, or to malware;
  • send spam, advertise indiscriminately, or otherwise interfere with the sound running of the Service;
  • place an excessive load on the Service's systems, or access it without authorisation.

4. Responsibility for public content

The user who created and published public content is responsible for it and for the links it contains. Where we judge that public content breaches the Terms, we may make it private or delete it without prior notice.

5. External links

The Service contains links to external sites. We do not warrant the content, safety or legality of those sites, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of them.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the Service itself (design, logo, program and so on) belong to us or to the rightful owners. Rights in the content you create belong to you; you grant us permission to use that content to the extent necessary to display and deliver it within the Service.

7. Advertising

So that the Service can be offered free of charge, we may display advertising on public pages. For how advertising is handled, see the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant its completeness, accuracy, usefulness or fitness for any particular purpose.
  • We are not liable for loss arising from the suspension, interruption, change or termination of the Service.
  • We are not liable for disputes between users, or between a user and a third party.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may change the Terms without prior notice where we consider it necessary. Any change takes effect when it is published on this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by the law of Japan. Any dispute concerning the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court for the area where we are located, as the court of first instance.

11. Contact

For questions about the Terms, use the contact page (in Japanese).
