Linkslink

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This Privacy Policy sets out how NANAKOROBI ("we") handles your information in "Linkslink" (the website https://linkslink.app and the mobile app of the same name, together "the Service"). Please read it before using the Service.

1. Information we collect

  • What you create: the lists you make (title, description, links, ordering, visibility and so on). These are stored in our database (Supabase).
  • Account information: email address, display name and account identifier. If you sign in with Google, we receive these from the identity provider (Google); if you register with an email address and password, we store what you enter. Passwords are managed by our authentication platform (Supabase Auth) and we never hold them in plain text.
  • Access information: IP address, browser type, referrer and pages viewed. These may be recorded automatically to improve the Service, prevent abuse and analyse traffic.

2. How we use it

  • To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
  • To respond to unauthorised access and breaches of the terms, and to keep public content sound.
  • To serve and optimise advertising (see "4. Advertising" below).

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, analyse traffic and serve advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may then stop working correctly.

4. Advertising

The Service may use third-party advertising services (such as Google AdSense). To show ads that match your interests, these providers may use cookies to collect information about your visits to the Service and to other sites (this does not include information that identifies you personally).

Note that advertising and search-engine indexing apply only to clean, public pages. Private and unlisted pages carry no advertising and are not indexed.

5. About the mobile app

In addition to the above, the Linkslink mobile app handles the following.

  • Account information: the app requires you to sign in. You can choose between signing in with Google, or registering and signing in with an email address and password. Either way we collect your email address, display name and account identifier.
  • Advertising identifier: to show ads inside the app, Google AdMob may use your device's advertising ID (the Android advertising ID, or the IDFA on iOS). These are provided to Google for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
  • Ad consent: users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are asked for advertising consent on first launch. You can review and change your choices at any time from the app's settings screen.
  • The icon image on your QR card: an image you pick from your device stays on that device and is never sent to our servers or to anyone else.

You can reset your device's advertising ID or turn off personalised advertising in your device settings (on Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads; on iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).

6. Affiliate programmes

Some articles on the Service (product write-ups such as gadgets) contain links from affiliate programmes including the Amazon Associates Programme. This site is a participant in the Amazon Associates Programme and may earn from qualifying purchases, including on Amazon.co.jp. If you buy something through one of these links, the operator of the Service may receive a referral fee. This costs you nothing extra.

7. External links

The Service contains links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content of those sites or for how they handle privacy. Please check the policy of each site you visit.

8. Sharing with third parties

Except where required by law, we do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent. Information used for advertising is handled according to each provider's policy, as described in "4. Advertising" above.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children. If we learn that a user is below the minimum age set by the law that applies to them, we will delete that account and its information. In the Republic of Korea this means under 14 years of age, for whom we do not collect personal information without the consent of a legal guardian.

10. Deleting your account and data

You can make any public content you have created private, or delete it, at any time.

To delete the account itself, use the account deletion page (that page is in Japanese). Deleting your account permanently removes your credentials, profile, the lists you created and the links inside them. That page also lists what is deleted and how long anything is retained afterwards.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may change without notice as laws change or as we add features. Any change takes effect when it is published on this page.

12. Contact

For questions about the Service or this policy, use the contact page (in Japanese), or email support@linkslink.app.
